We employ 49 full time staff, and up to 50 seasonal staff every year, a number of which return every spring and work through to late summer.

Our board is made up of six directors - Will Tooby, Chairman, Geoff Caesar, Richard Colbourne, Adrian Marskell, Ed Webb and Christine Chalmers.
The Bransford Webbs Plant Company is the trading name of Bransford Garden Plants.

The Propagation Unit is managed by Karl O'Neill, with a team of five full time staff and a number of returning seasonals. Christine Chalmers manages the nursery along with her team of supervisors - Andy, Dave, Dee, Mark and Martin, who are each responsible for an area of the nursery and a team of staff. The Despatch Unit, managed by Steve Prickett, has a team of six full time staff and additional seasonal staff at the busier times of year.
