A purpose built facility was completed in 2002 providing Bransford Webbs with a modern unit at the centre of the nursery.  This has provided a reduction in the distance plants are transported to their growing beds.

The potting unit houses two Super Javo potting machines, allowing the capacity to pot up to 16,000 plants a day. 1.1million plants are potted into 1L, 2L and 3L pots by machine each year, and this accounts for 90% of plants potted. The remaining 10% are potted by hand into larger pots.

Trees,hedging and roses are all potted by hand because they are usually bare root stock and are potted into much larger pots than what are used on the machine.
