We are committed to the Environmental Management Systems (EMS) which help to reduce and manage the key environmental impacts of the business through training and guidance. We are registered BS8555, a British Standard, which splits environmental management systems into phases. This involved auditing by an external body registered with UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service).

Since 2008, we are proud we have:
* Reduced peat usage by 25%
* Achieved zero spray wastage
* Reduced spray usage by nearly a third
* Halved our waste to landfill
* Reduced transport, fuel & electricity usage

We now have POS boards featuring our British logo and outlining our environmental credentials of our plants. Look out for this in your local garden centre, and buy a plant grown on a British, ethical and environmentally aware nursery.
