Pretty pale centred lavender blue flowers in summer. Tall erect stems make them ideal for cutting and arranging. Clump forming growth habit. Foliage will die down in autumn to return the following spring. Hardy. Excellent for first time cut flower growers.

Position: Grow in well-drained soil in full sun

Height and Spread: 100cm (40in) x 50cm (20in)

Additional Features: Bees and butterflies. Can be used as dried flowers.

Aftercare: Once the flowering season is over, cut back to ground level

Plant with: Aster x frikartii 'Monch', Campanula persicifolia 'Alba' and 'Blue', Eryngium planum, Leucanthemum 'Goldrush'

Cut your Own: To extend the vase life of these flowers, pick them as soon as the flowers start to show colour. They will open up fully in the vase, and the vase life will be prolonged.

Display with: Include Scabiosa 'Perfecta White' in your display but to maximise the impact of your display try also adding Anemone japonica 'Honorine Jobert' and 'Queen Charlotte', Aster x frikartii 'Monch', Centurea dealbata, Rudbeckia 'Goldsturm'
