There are five varieties available in our Cut your Own Carnations range:
Lemon & Coral, Red, Red & White,White,Yellow
They have all been selected as they are excellent garden plants, and make good cut flowers. Their flowering period has been trialled to ensure they will all flower in your garden around the same time, allowing you to cut them and create a stunning display in the home.
Our Cut your Own carnations follow from early summer until the first frosts. Grey leaved foliage will remain all year. They will require protection from very cold winters.
Position: Flowers best in full sun. Grow in well-drained soil.
Height and Spread: 50cm - 80cm (20in - 32in)

Aftercare: These carnations are easy to care for. They may require staking in exposed areas to ensure the flowers are at their peak for cutting. Cut flowers regularly to prolong flowering and encourage further blooms for cutting.
How to cut: Carnations are a traditional cut flower and do not require any special treatment when cutting.
Vase Life: To prolong vase life do not display near fruit or in direct sunlight, drafts or extremes of temperature.
Good arrangement for: Selecting 1, 3 or even all 5 colours from this range will create a wonderful display for the home from early summer until autumn.
